The stagehead planks run out into sunrise fog so thick the cannery behind them turns to a grey outline, iced crates sweating on the boards and a dory tied below while gulls wheel over flat pewter water. Nobody needs a card to step out here, and a near miss with two glass balls hands the last reel one more turn.
Foglift Stagehead is the cove's open world, moored here for anyone. It sits in the middle of the swell: tar-black hawsers and pencilled tally books turn up small sums often enough, while the stormwing gull and the oars-up dory bring the heavier hauls. The Crossed Gaff Ring wild is a stand-in for every picture bar the Twine-Knit Glass Ball. Should a paid spin land nothing while two glass balls sit in view, Foghorn Turn sends reel five round once more for free. Three glass balls anywhere start nine free spins with doubled wins; four give fourteen, five give twenty-two, and balls caught in the round add more.
Foghorn Turn. Exactly two Twine-Knit Glass Balls on a paid spin that won nothing send reel five, by itself, round for one extra free spin; free-spin wins are all doubled.
Each spin at this shed runs on free virtual coins. No real-money gambling takes place, no win has real-world value, and there are no in-app purchases. A random number generator decides each result, and no past spin ever sways the next.
Measured by running this page's own engine for 10,000,000 spins: coin RTP 96.8%, hit frequency 31.8%, free spins about once in 92 spins, a win of 10x your stake or more about once in 84 spins. Coin figures only — no money is staked or returned.
Open the page: the tin pail on the stagehead is already heaped with play coins, and Dulse never asks who is walking down the planks.
Pick a stake and spin. The Crossed Gaff Ring can complete a line of anything except a Twine-Knit Glass Ball.
Three glass balls anywhere bring nine free spins, every win paid twice over; with four balls it is fourteen and with five, twenty-two.
A first look at the cove, or a morning on the wharf before you decide whether to sign the tally book. The swell sits in the middle: neither flat calm nor storm.
Small catches landing at a fair clip, with the gull and the dory bringing the heavier hauls now and then. Now and then Foghorn Turn gives a near miss on a paid spin a second look.

The five card ranks (10 to A) pay the least. Three Twine-Knit Glass Balls anywhere open the free round. Full values for three and four of a kind are in the paytable.
No. The stagehead is open to anyone on this page and on its own page; only Brinehouse Hoops and Headwind Picnic ask for a cove card.
Dulse pours the pail into your new account, piled over the 100,000 starting coins that come with every cove card.
Exactly two Twine-Knit Glass Balls in view after a paid spin that brought in nothing at all; then reel five by itself gets a free extra spin.
The chores are fresh each morning, count in all three worlds, and you can ignore them entirely.
Inside the cooperage one salt-crusted window lets in a pale slant of light over rows of banded oak barrels, iron hoops hung on the plank wall and an open door looking across the water to the red cannery sheds. It is the quietest corner of the cove: a paid spin that misses keeps its brands and turns the rest again.
On the one clear kite day of the summer, a gust comes off the sea and lifts the whole picnic over the headland: a pink gingham cloth, a straw hat, a lemonade jar and a wicker hamper sail past a giant blue whale kite, with the red-and-white lighthouse standing on the cliff below. Winning lines blow away and each new drop pays more.
